At Toy Space, we want you to love your cosmic wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your items don't fit your aesthetic or size, our mission is to make your exchange process as seamless as a starship launch.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
